-We are down to just a couple of whole apartments and very few single rooms that are available for August move-in! This rental season has been our best yet and we are going to be sold out earlier than in past years. Even if you don't end up leasing from us, make sure you secure your off-campus housing for the next school year ASAP as every day less rooms are available. A big driver of the high activity is the fact that since we started the company in 2005, UNCC's enrollment has grown by about 5,000 students, but probably less than half that amount of student housing bedrooms have been created. There is immense pressure on all off-campus student housing providers at UNCC and this is not expected to be lessened in the coming years, especially when UNCC's new football stadium is built, so getting in early going forward is absolutely critical!
-We just added a new page to the web site called "COMPARISONS", which is a good guide to see where our properties are located relative to other off campus student housing properties. You can see the new page by going to the top left pull down menu.
-It seems that this year more students are looking for off campus housing earlier, the demand we're seeing thus far is more than we've seen in recent years. We dread the day we have to tell students: "sorry, we're completely sold out for next year!" If you are shopping around or plan to, don't wait, it's not only us who are filling up early this year.
